These terms cover use of a2pworks.com. They are not the terms of a client engagement. Paid work is governed by our Engagement Terms and a signed Statement of Work, which take precedence for anything relating to an engagement.

Carrier, CTIA and regulatory rules change frequently and without notice. Figures and rules stated here were accurate on the date shown and may not be accurate when you read them. Verify anything you intend to rely on, in the Twilio Console or with your own advisers, before acting.
Nothing on this site creates a client relationship. A client relationship begins when a Statement of Work is signed and the first payment clears.

A2P Works is an independent practice. We are not certified by, a partner of, authorised by, or endorsed by Twilio, any carrier, aggregator or registry. Twilio and other names appearing on this site are the trademarks of their owners and are used only to describe the systems we work in.
We have no authority over registration outcomes. Carriers, aggregators and The Campaign Registry decide those.
What you may do with the content
Read it, quote it with attribution and a link, and act on it at your own risk. Do not republish articles in full, and do not present our material as your own.
Bookings and forms
When you book a call or submit an intake form, give us accurate information. We diagnose from what you send, and a diagnosis built on an inaccurate description is worth nothing to either of us. Do not submit anyone else's personal data through our forms.
